We understand that while you’re coping with your child’s diagnosis and treatment for a critical illness, you are wondering:
- Where can we stay while my child is in the hospital?
- How can we keep the family together?
- How will we ever afford it?
This is where the Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House comes in. We are dedicated to providing overnight accommodations in a family-centered, homelike, supportive environment to families with children in any community hospital. Six private family bedrooms with baths are available at Children’s Hope, as well as shared areas including a kitchen with a fully stocked food pantry, a library with Internet access, a relaxing television lounge and laundry facilities.
Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House has no corporate owner but does have a formal affiliation with the Mad Anthonys Charity Classic for Children. Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House is an active member of the National Association of Hospital Hospitality Houses, Inc., a private, non-profit organization consisting of more than 150 hospitality houses, host homes, and other programs which provide family centered lodging and other support services to patients and their loved ones who are far away from home during treatment at regional medical centers.
